How can we translate the warmth and tenacity of our candidate into a brand language that can nurture dozens of sub-brands, thousands of graphics, and on millions of screens? That was one of the biggest tasks set before us on the campaign trail. Seven days a week—my role on our small team was to build the organizing brand on a state level and to engage our constituents in meaningful ways. This meant encouraging volunteers, voter registration, canvassing, educating, and voting on election day.
